They are files that you can only listen to with Real Player and can't be downloaded because they are streaming audio.

there's no way to change format once that i downloaded the song... i mean, i've got Real Player but all of my music is in Windows Media so... did i make myself clear ?

I don't know any program that's able to convert .rm into .wma or .mp3. Try to find it at google.
